Note that all Yahoo email accounts are eligible for IMAP or POP access without having to make any changes to your account. In Gmail, you have to specifically go in and enable POP or IMAP before it will work. With Yahoo, it's just enabled all the time, which probably isn't a good thing in terms of security, but there's not much we can do about that.How does one change a password in Yahoo Mail?

Yahoo! now supports accessing your Yahoo! Mail account using POP3 and IMAP on your desktop email program or other device. I heard that Yahoo! is making POP3/IMAP access available to everyone, not just their paying Plus! customers. What are the settings?
