The Tactical Physique: A Functional Strength Training
Jul 01, 2014 · The Tactical Physique Training Plan. Foam rolling/massage. Be sure to perform a few minutes of either foam rolling or simple massage of certain areas such as hips, quads, hamstrings, lats and shoulders. Dynamic warm-up/stretching. The following will be performed prior to each training session.
